Featured on the cover is the cast of Iowa Central Community College’s spring musical, Joseph and the Technicolor Dreamcoat, which will be held the first weekend of March in Decker Auditorium at Iowa Central. One of Twist & Shout’s favorite shows, “Joseph” promises to not disappoint. Directed by Kathleen Shreier, Teresa Jackson, Paul Bloomquist and Lesa Dencklau, this musical by Andrew Lloyd Webber and Tim Rice will feature another great Iowa Central cast as it takes the audience through the Biblical story of Joseph and the coat of many colors. A light-hearted romp it features singing throughout and the styles of music very across the board, from ballads to rock and roll, Caribbean and disco. Make plans now to attend - you’ll be glad you did!

Mark your calendars for the 8th annual Mardi Gras celebration that will be held at Corpus Christi parish Center on Saturday, February 13th. Organizers promise a great time as you Start all your “Lenten” promises. They’ll be music, great food, a raffle for a variety of prizes. Hope to see you there.



The 2010 Sweetheart Ball will be held on Saturday, March 6th at the Fort Dodge Country Club. Deb and Casey Johnson and their active committee are busy gearing up for this great event. Honorary Chair of the Ball is Barb O’Connor, who’s husband Bob died from complications related to heart disease. Barb shares inside their stor, which she hopes will help someone else who might be suffering as well. The Ball is a wonderful way to spend a Saturday evening in Fort Dodge, with great food, great music, good friends and one of the best possible causes- don’t miss it!



The second annual FurBall will be held on March 27th at Fort Dodge Ford Toyota. All money raised will go towards the new Humane Society animal Shelter.
